And due to the nature of the product Athmad as a product used for personal purposes (especially for the eye), it cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, to preserve the safety of all our customers and in compliance with public health standards. Cases where return or exchange is not allowed: opening the package or using it in any way. Products that have been opened or removed from their original packaging. Note: in case of a shipping error (such as receiving a different product than requested), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
